Choosing an LED screen on price alone is the costliest mistake buyers make.

One wall. Endless possibilities.
A single LED video wall can transform a boardroom, auditorium, lobby or retail space — designed around your space, not forced into it.
Concept visualisation for illustration — actual installations vary by site.
Don't buy an LED screen on price-per-sq-ft alone.
Two quotations can differ by lakhs — and still describe completely different products. Here is what a price-only comparison hides:
Get My Free LED Assessment- Wrong pixel pitch for your viewing distance. You pay for sharpness nobody can see — or get a screen that looks pixelated up close.
- Missing scope in the quotation.Structure, controller, cabling, installation and warranty quietly left out — then billed later.
- Brightness mismatch.A screen that washes out in daylight or glares painfully indoors.
- Nobody accountable after handover. The cheapest screen becomes the most expensive one when support disappears.
Your LED project should start with the right design — not just a price.
We help you understand exactly what you are buying before you place an order. Every recommendation is built on what your space actually needs:
What the screen is actually for — boardroom, stage, lobby, facade.
How far the nearest viewer sits decides the pixel pitch you need.
The gap between LEDs — smaller pitch means sharper image up close.
The exact width × height and aspect ratio for your wall.
Total pixels — matched to your content, not oversold.
Indoor and outdoor need very different brightness levels.
Higher refresh = smooth video, no flicker on camera.
The hardware that drives the screen and manages content.
Dedicated power and cabling requirements, planned upfront.
Mounting frames or support steelwork the wall actually needs.
Who installs it, how long it takes, and what it disturbs.
What is covered, for how long, and who picks up the phone.
From site survey to screen — in 8 clear steps.
No guesswork. No surprises. You always know what happens next.

Which LED display is right for you?
A short, plain-language guide. No spec-sheet overload — just what each term means for your decision.
The distance between two LEDs. Sitting close? You need a smaller pitch (like P1.5–P2.5). Far away? A larger pitch works fine — and costs less.
The nearest and farthest viewer decide the pitch. Tell us the distance, we tell you the pitch.
Outdoor screens need high brightness and weather protection. Indoor screens need finer pitch. They are different products.
Measured in nits. Too dim looks washed out; too bright indoors hurts eyes. We match it to your lighting.
How many times the screen redraws per second. High refresh keeps video smooth and flicker-free on cameras.
Total pixels on screen. More is not always better — it depends on your content and viewing distance.
The brain of the LED wall. It processes your video and sends it to the panels correctly.
Most LED walls need a frame or support structure and proper power. We plan this in the survey, not after.

Already have an LED quotation?
Don't compare LED quotations only on price per sq-ft. Specifications, scope, structure, controller, installation, warranty and service can make two quotations completely different. Send us yours — we will show you exactly what each line means.
Not every LED quotation is built the same way.
Here is the difference between a designed solution and a price-first sale.
| Aspect | Micro Solutions | Typical LED reseller |
|---|---|---|
| Starting point | Site survey + requirement study | Price-per-sq-ft quote, site unseen |
| Quotation | Line-by-line transparent BOQ | Lump-sum price, scope unclear |
| Screen selection | Matched to viewing distance & application | One size fits all |
| Hidden scope | Structure, controller, cabling listed upfront | Often billed separately later |
| Installation | Professional team, tested & commissioned | Arranged ad-hoc, accountability unclear |
| After handover | AMC & accountable support | No one accountable |

What we can — and cannot — promise.
Online estimates are indicative. Final pricing follows measurement of your space, structure and power.
Pixel pitch, brightness, size and structure change the cost significantly. Cheaper is not always worse — or better.
A simple indoor wall and a large outdoor installation need very different lead times. We confirm yours in the proposal.
If your space doesn't need an LED wall, we will tell you — and suggest what fits instead.
Frequently asked questions.
How do I choose the right pixel pitch?
It depends on your closest viewing distance. If people sit 3–5 metres away, you need a fine pitch like P1.5–P2.5. If the nearest viewer is 10+ metres away, a larger pitch works just as well and costs less. This is exactly what we determine during the site survey — so you never overpay for sharpness you cannot see.
Why does viewing distance matter so much?
Because an LED screen is a grid of lights. Too far from the ideal distance, and a fine-pitch screen wastes money; too close, and a coarse-pitch screen looks pixelated. Matching pitch to distance is the single most important decision — and the most common mistake buyers make alone.
What is the difference between indoor and outdoor LED displays?
Outdoor screens need much higher brightness to fight sunlight and full weather protection (IP rating) against rain and dust. Indoor screens use finer pixel pitch for close viewing and don't need weatherproofing. They are different products with different costs — a proper recommendation starts with where the screen will live.
What information do you need to give me a quotation?
Ideally: the wall size or available space, indoor or outdoor, what content you will show, nearest viewing distance, your city, and your timeline. A site survey lets us measure power, structure and lighting accurately — which is why our final quotations follow a survey, not a guess.
Does an LED wall need a special structure?
In most cases, yes — a mounting frame or support steelwork designed for the screen's size and weight, plus safe cable routing. We design this as part of the technical proposal, so there are no surprise civil or fabrication costs later.
How much power does an LED display consume?
It varies widely with screen size, brightness and technology. During the site survey we calculate the exact load and tell you the dedicated power and cabling you need — so your electrician knows before installation day, not during it.
Can you review a quotation I already received from someone else?
Yes — that is exactly what our 'Already Have an LED Quotation?' review is for. Send us the quotation and we will walk you through what is included, what may be missing (structure, controller, installation, warranty), and whether the specification suits your space. The review is free and carries no obligation.
Do you handle installation and after-sales support?
Yes. We coordinate the complete project — supply, structure, installation, testing and commissioning — and offer AMC and maintenance support afterwards. One team is accountable for the screen working, long after handover.
